Collision Repair
A Clear Repair Path After an Accident
Collision damage can include both obvious exterior damage and concerns that are not visible in photos. Baha Auto Service begins with the incident, vehicle condition and damage information, then determines what inspection and repair planning are required.

Damage Information to Provide
A Photo Is Helpful, but It Does Not Show Everything
Exterior panels can hide mounting, structural, mechanical, electrical or safety-system concerns. Baha does not promise a complete repair scope or final estimate from a limited photo set. The team may require an in-person inspection or additional documentation.

Insurance or Customer-Pay
A collision repair may be customer-pay or connected to an insurance claim. The repair team needs to know which path applies because documentation, authorization and payment steps may differ. Baha cannot promise claim approval or coverage.
Collision Repair FAQ
- Can you estimate collision damage from photos?
- Photos help begin the conversation. A complete estimate may require vehicle inspection and review of hidden damage.
- What if the vehicle is at another shop or tow yard?
- Call before moving the vehicle. Confirm Baha's correct service location, acceptance process and any towing arrangements.
- Should I start the insurance claim before contacting Baha?
- You may contact Baha with or without a claim number. Questions about whether to file and what the policy covers belong to the insurer or qualified advisor.
- How long does collision repair take?
- Timing depends on damage, authorization, parts, refinishing and shop scheduling. The team must provide a repair-specific expectation.
- Will the paint match?
- The team can explain the approved refinishing process after inspecting the vehicle and damage. No result is promised before review.
- Can I drive the vehicle to the shop?
- The website cannot determine safety. If you believe it may be unsafe, do not drive it.
